“A wonderful stay in a cottage by the seaside. Lots of things to do in the area, good weather too. We strongly advise future visitors to try the local pub food. Only negative is that we only stayed a week”
“We have been here many times and it never disappoints. A truly relaxing holiday with good weather, empty beaches, happy dogs and happy people. A trip up the Lighthouse was brilliant, we’ll be back”
“Had a brilliant time as always. Such a lovely place with nice weather. Saw plenty activity at the RAF base. Typhoons and Tornados filled the skies. Always enjoy. See you next year”
"We had a lovely week. The weather as lovely and we had many great walks and morning runs along the beach. We loved Hill99 trail at Culbin Forest, and visited lots of castles, Brodie, Craigievar, Castle Fraser, and Leith Hall as well as Culloden and Loch Ness. The coast is lovely especially Portknockie and Buckie. It was amazing to have a Lighthouse tour. It made it even better.”
“Had a lovely time in good weather. Enjoyed the views from the top of the Lighthouse. Visited Baxters Factory in Fochabers, Knockando Wool Mill, Elgin, Fraserburgh, Aberdeen and Inverness Highland Games”
“Absolutely superb holiday, the cottage was perfect for us and we had lovely weather body boarding most days. We were even lucky enough to catch the first Aurora of the season. Watching the Northern lights dance around the skies surrounding the Lighthouse, priceless. Thank you for a great holiday”
“Despite the wet and windy weather we all had a marvelous week. Fantastic sandy empty beaches. Great access to the Cairngorms where we went white water rafting down the river Spey. Findhorn was beautiful with good pub for bar food. Excellent breakfast at the Covesea café “
